About Dendy Law

Aaron P. Dendy

Like many immigrants in modern-America, Aaron Dendy has experienced that feeling of not being able to call the place you live your “home” because of violence and insecurity. Despite these challenges, Aaron discovered peace and hope in a citizenship not of this world. Now, Dendy Law exists to help others find their own peace, hope, and the ability to call the United States their (legal) home.

Aaron began working with immigrants in 2008 and in the immigration legal field in 2011. During law school, he spent a semester in India working for a non-profit organization that fights against child prostitution. Aaron and his wife also spent a year in China prior to arriving in Nashville. While in China, Aaron taught management and economics to primarily indigenous students at a rural university. Experiences like these further cemented Aaron’s passion to seek justice and help others find a place to call home: to experience that feeling of belonging, safety, a place to hope and dream and plan, to have babies, travel, start businesses, and enjoy life with the people they love.

Aaron has successfully handled thousands of immigration court cases before immigration courts, USCIS, and the Department of State. Dendy Law continues to build upon this experience and fight for immigrants in Nashville--and across the country. Aaron is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Alabama, and before any immigration agency in the United States.
